I still haven't gotten my order from before Christmas. I get that Royal Mail is on strike and it's making things tough for other delivery services. But honestly, it seems like vegan all sorts aren't really handling it well. Instead, it feels like they're just telling their customers to quit complaining.

These treats never fail to impress, quick shipping and super delicious with an awesome selection.

This used to be my go-to for delivered sweets. The selection has really taken a nosedive; there was once a nice assortment of delicious treats, including my all-time fave, watermelon slices and dummies. But now, those are only available in a special bag with just that flavor, so they don’t throw them in the mix anymore. It’s such a letdown because a whole bag of melon is just too much for me, but I loved having them mixed in. The same goes for fruity gums, bubs, and the strawberry and cola flavors. They were either totally absent or just a few were tossed in. SUPER DISAPPOINTING! It feels like they’ve shortchanged us on those flavors just to push individual bags instead. I won’t be buying this again since the mix just doesn’t cut it.

I had a bit of a mix-up with my order, totally my fault, but the customer service was just fantastic. They really went above and beyond to help me out. I’d definitely say you should order from this business, no doubt about it!

I discovered that their site had been compromised, and my personal info was stolen. This breach happened back in 2021, and I haven't received any communication from the company.

I reached out to customer support to see what could be done about this situation since it involves my personal details like my home address and more.

After sending two emails without a reply, it looks like I might have to get the ICO and other authorities involved.

The product itself is fine, but we ran into problems with delivery on both occasions we ordered. The first time, we got nothing! The second time, just half of what we ordered showed up. It's a real pain trying to get in touch with them since there's no phone number available. Their email replies are lacking too - honestly, I don't think they'll stick around long if they keep ignoring what customer service means.

This is a fantastic treat! I can genuinely say these sweets pack way more flavor than just plain sugar. They're way more fun to eat, and now the entire family is hooked on them!

I can’t speak to how they deal with order problems since I’ve never faced any, but if you’re looking to treat a friend to some goodies, I definitely recommend these - even if they’re not vegan.

When I reached out to Vegan All Sorts to check on it, they told me it was out for delivery. I explained that I needed it as a gift for Christmas, so a delivery after the holiday just wouldn’t work for me, and I decided I didn’t want the item anymore. To my surprise, they said I’d have to cover the return shipping! Thankfully, it seems Hermes lost my order, so I got a full refund. The sweets are tasty, but after this hassle, I’ll be shopping elsewhere from now on. I’ve discovered another small business that offers high-quality sweets at a better price and, so far, their customer service has been top-notch.
