"Still no received my order from before…"
Still no received my order from before Christmas. I understand that Royal Mail are striking and that it is causing other couriers to be overworked. I just do not feel like vegan all sorts are dealing with it . Instead feel like it’s ok to tell their customers to stop moaning .

"Variety is seriously lacking now"
Used to be my favourite delivered sweets.
The variety has really gone downhill, you used to get a mix of tasty sweets including my personal favourite watermelon slices and dummies but as these are sold in a special bag of only that flavour, they don't add them to the mix. It's really disappointing as a whole bag of melon is just too much but I really loved having them in the mix. This also goes for fruity gums, bubs, strawberry and cola flavours. All were either missing completely or had just a couple added. VERY DISSAPOINTING! I feel like they've cheated us out of those flavours so they can sell them in induvial bags instead.
Won't bother buying again as the mix is not varied enough.

"The customer service was incredible…"
The customer service was incredible after a confusion was made with my order (on my behalf) they helped me out massively and was absolutely incredible 100% recommend ordering from this business

"Customer service is horrible"
So I found out that their website had been breached where my personal details had been taken.
The breach was in 2021 and no email or anything from thr company.

Contacted customer service to try find out what can be done about this as its my personal information like home address among other things.

Two emails in no response, so I'm guessing I will have to involve ico and other parties.

I mean I used their product and its great but everything else is been a horrible experience

"Product okay, service not."
Reviewing based on service, not product: Accidentally ordered more than I wanted as the website glitched and added too many to the cart. It checked out for me through my shop account that I have linked to my laptop meaning they instantly took money from my account. Emailed their customer services and asked if they could amend the order and issue a partial refund- 3 emails later to them and they still haven’t replied. I’ve received order updates from them so I know that they can see the emails I’m sending. Won’t order from again as they have poor customer service.

"Zero stars."
If I could give this company no stars I would. Having made an order on the 3rd of august (for a birthday present), I am still yet to receive said order. The money has been taken from the account (of course) but no goods have been received. I have emailed the company 4 times, contacted them on Instagram and still - no response. Unfortunately I can’t comment on the quality of the goods however the company’s customer service is a joke.

"Fantastic sweets just slow delivery"
The sweets and order processing is fantastic. The delivery takes a while from ordering. Seems quite a while when it’s paid delivery

"Very Poor Customer Service"
Product is ok but both times we made an order there were issues with delivery. 1st time nothing arrived! 2nd time only half the order arrived. Impossible to speak to them - no telephone number. Email response very poor - doubt they will last - they don't understand customer service.

"Amazing product"
Amazing product, can honestly say the sweets seem to have more flavour than just sugar, they are much more enjoyable, now have the whole family after them!

"Customer service is absolutely appalling"
Customer service is absolutely appalling, haven’t been replied to once and I first contacted in November 2021 (it is now April 2022). However I have received dozens of spam marketing texts with no way to unsubscribe as they just add my number right back onto the list. Will avoid at all costs.

"Tasty treats hassle free"
Price was reasonable for the weight, packaging good and resealable, the website is easy to use and they kept us updated on our order via email. It’s a shame there’s no free delivery but they email occasionally with offers and discounts so it works out fine. I was gifted these sweets by a friend the first time - I’m not even vegan. They are so tasty and addictive that I’ve ordered twice from them for myself and sent them as a gift to another friend. I can’t say how they handle order issues as I’ve never had any but if you want to send your friend a food treat then I highly recommend - even if they aren’t vegan.

"Made an order before Christmas with a…"
Made an order before Christmas with a guaranteed Christmas delivery stated on the special offer email sent to me. The order did not arrive for Christmas and when I contacted vegan all sorts to enquire I was told that my order was out for delivery. I proceeded to inform them I wanted the order to give as a Christmas present so therefore a delivery after Christmas is no good and I no longer wanted the item. I was then told I would have to return the item at my cost!! Luckily it looks as though Hermes has lost my order so a full refund was given.
The sweets are nice but because of this experience I will be ordering from elsewhere from now on. I’ve found another small business that provide high quality sweets at a lower cost with so far excellent customer service
